Separate hostels has been constructed for sc/ST and backward students in the university. Tees is a provision for 500 students the hostel . Gym facility is available in the hostel. For facility is arranged to the hostels by the social welfare department of Karnataka Government The building is constructed by the Kannada University and for facility is arranged by the social welfare department. Hostel is facilitate with solar Water heater, Solar power supply and pure drinking water.
SC/ST Girls Hostels
Separate hostel has been constructed for girls of SC/ST and backward classes in the Kannada University. Gym facility is available in the hostel. For facility is arranged to the hostels by the social Welfare department of Kannada University. The building is constructed by the University and for provision is arranged by the Social Welfare department. Hostel is facilitated with Solar water heater, solar power system and pure drinking water facility. There is a provision for 200 girls for accommodation in the hostel.
